The hotel was well-organised and ideal with very good wifi. The staff was superbly friendly at all times. I enjoyed the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The venue was in a magnificent location just next door to Handa airport, the train station and many bars and restaurants and food establishments. It was right at Danvino, where you can have lunch. Good service was provided too.

Excellent breakfast with plenty of food options. Fully-equipped room, fine with mini-fridge and very good WiFi, as for instance, accommodating staff. Location right by bus terminal and train terminal, Hakone in the mountains and the reataurants

The value for money was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room. The hotel's location was perfect, right above the train station and surrounded by shopping and dining options. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel during my recent trip. First of all, the location was fantastic. It was situated right above the train station, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the attention to detail, especially with the rooms on the 13th floor. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide range of both Japanese and Western options.

The only minor issue was the firmness of the bed, but that seems to be the standard in Japan. everything was great!

This was a great and fantastic location right by eateries, and both the Odakyu train line.

It is a well-organised and ideal property located in Minami Ward district really close to connected to Sagamiono Square as well as many bars and restaurants.

this hotel was the best out of the 6 I stayed in. Larger room with a closet and drawers, top floor with great views. Breakfast included, plenty of choices. Convenient location connected to train station, department stores, and restaurants.

The rooms offered are comfy and fine with very good WiFi and mini-fridge, as example. It has favourable and magnificent location in the mountains. Love eating outside and there's Kakuuchi Totchi, set right at the hotel. The property has the restaurant for breakfast. Will come back for a business trip.
